This is a 45 to 60-minute virtual discovery & coaching session with Samantha le Roux, Founder of Serenity Natural Healing.
The first act of self-love and self-honoring comes with the commitment to one’s own self-care needs, emotional and spiritual well-being. These sessions will enhance and complement other holistic modalities and practices and can also be integrated to support your overall holistic wellness program.
Each session is tailor-made to support your emotional well-being and peace of mind and takes place remotely online via Zoom. Together we will unravel where you are at emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually, explore priorities that you’d like to work on, and ways to support you to feel good.
After the session, you will receive 2 x flower remedies from the Serenity Apothecary range:

Delivered door-to-door, with a regimen to target exactly what’s taking place in your life. This includes a post-session email with more information on the flowers and essences used.
